Thank you for choosing Santa's Studio! Each fine-art reproduction is carefully produced to order, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Made-to-Order Artwork

Because our canvas and paper prints are produced specifically for each order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, or personal preferences.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Santa's Studio within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when verified, arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be accommodated before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
